I scheduled an appointment for an oil change at 10am and was pulling out of the service department by 10:45. I was "in and out" just as promised. Great service!
I got my second Subaru from the dealership this week (the first Subaru was also from this dealership). Xavier and Ben, the sales team, were very helpful and willing to work with me. And they got me a great deal on the Subaru CrossTrek.
I went in to see these guys today and cut a deal on a Subaru Legacy. I dealt with George Valentgas and Xavier Rivera and had a great experience. These guys are both Pro's in every way. I told them I wanted quick and they were great. These guys gave me the best deal and they provided impressive and professional service. I have worked with Quirk before and always received a great deal, this was the best experience I have had with any dealer recently. The team here was managed professionally and to the point. The staff is respectful of what their customer wants and were excellent in working out every aspect of my deal. I, like many others, am quick to be tough on car dealers. I always prepare for a tough experience. THIS WAS VERY PLEASANT. Not often can you get a good price, but be treated with courtesy and respect from the moment you walk in the door. Mr. Quirk deserves a lot of credit for his ability to spot talent and hire right. These guys won my business, and not just on price. These guys sold the dealership, Mr. Quirk, and themselves as professionals. I shopped the Subaru Legacy vs the Accord vs The Camry vs The Altima. Hands down the Subaru has the best safety features for young kids, great all wheel drive, and the Interior percs are better in the Subaru.The car is much more solid than anything we drove, you can feel it when you close and open the door. I'm glad I bought my car from Quirk Subaru.
Contrary to my previous experience, I am delighted to say, that my experience getting my new Subaru Outback was an all around success. My salesman, owen, was friendly and helpful. He and his manager were more then willing to work with me to make sure I was coming out with a possitive car buying experience. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy (or lease)a subaru!!

I leased my first car at this dealership with the now present manager, Tom. It was a great experience especially as a new buyer/leaser. I always go back to the dealership for service and usually work with Robbie who is also great. During one of my routine oil changes for my 2016 Subaru Forester I met Jonathan. He decided to ask me if I wanted a new car and I thought heck I'll listen to his pitch. I wasn't even looking to get another car but I ended up leasing a 2017 Forester with eyesight and I love it even more. I got to work with Tom again as well during the deal and both Jonathan and Tom were very accommodating and made the experience easy and enjoyable. Tom remembered me from the first sale a year ago and made sure he was available to work with in addition to Jonathan. Jonathan made sure he was available for any questions and worked with my fiancé and I on pricing and getting what we wanted. I would definitely recommend this dealership and working with Jonathan and Tom and getting service with Robbie.
Oscar was a great salesman. He was extremely friendly and approachable and cared about helping us instead of just making a profit. He knew the answer to every question we had and helped us out as much as possible. Highly recommend working with him when buying a car.
