Just bought a Subaru Legacy. Excellent experience. Xavier Rivera was the sales consultant and I could not have had a more knowledgeable and helpful sales person. Super friendly with no sales pressure. I went in intending to get a Forester but Xavier found me a Legacy which was less expensive and suited my needs better than the Forester. He was so patient going over details several times without making me feel foolish for not remembering. He wanted to be sure I had exactly what I needed and even followed up days later to be sure I had no questions or concerns and told me I could call anytime. Can't say enough positive about my experience. Love the Legacy too! Great car!!
Know what the car you want goes for and know what is a fair price -- you will have no trouble here. I shopped around at least 5 Subaru dealers in the area and Quirk had the best price. I am a 26 year old female and I felt very comfortable during the whole experience at Quirk. I started by talking to Joanne via text - she was very helpful and it was so easy talking price via text. I was introduced to the salesman Jimmy Ly the next day when I went in to finalize my deal. I spoke directly to the manager Tom who was happy to show me any and all paperwork & receipts that I requested to prove to me that I was getting the best deal. I purchased the car on the weekend and my salesman Jimmy Ly handled everything else and had it ready for me to pickup Monday. Everyone was easy to talk to and work with. I will be in the market for another car at the end of this year and Quirk will be the first place I check out.
We had a terrific experience leasing this Subaru. Our sales agent, Anthony, was simply great from the very beginning. On an extremely hot day, this handsome fellow wearing a suit and tie immediately welcomed us. Anthony was most gracious, and helped us to decide what kind of deal we could make. He helped us make a decision to lease rather than to buy, which was a major decision for us. In fact, we had come to the dealership planning to consider our options, and made a pact with each other to return the next day if we wanted to make a purchase decision. However, Anthony was so clear and helpful, and made a compelling case for making a deal that day, that we decided we simply had to go forward. We were very impressed with Anthony and believe he has terrific management potential, and hope upper management will see that potential as well.
I went in and met Oscar, a salesperson and left the same day with a 2019 Subaru Crosstrek. Oscar was very professional and knowledgeable about what he was selling, and very friendly even though it was 97 degrees out that day. I hope he is still there when I trade it in, because he couldn’t have been nicer. He also got me a great deal. I love my Subaru!

About a month ago I went to about 5 different dealerships looking to purchase a Scion FR-S (this was my last stop). I had seen online a few days prior to visiting the dealership that they had an FRS, so when I was in the area I called and asked if they still had it on the lot. Whoever I spoke with on the phone said yes so I went to test drive it. However, when I got there I was told that the one that was online actually had been sold, but they had JUST received another one. They must not have had it more than a day or so because it hadn't been cleaned or inspected or anything when I drove it, but I fell in love with it and signed to buy it under the condition that it passed inspection. A day later my dealer, Bobby, called and said that unfortunately there was so much wrong with it that they were just going to send it to auction because it wasn't worth fixing. He set me up to test drive a BRZ later that day, however it was out of my price range... but ultimately he ended up negotiating with his manager to fix the FRS for me so that is the car I ended up buying. Thank you so much Bobby!! If you're looking to buy a car I highly recommend working with Bobby, he was super helpful and honest.
Went in for an emergency walk in for service. Was met with very polite service advisor concerning my vehicle and the issue at hand and he addressed my concern very quickly and efficiently along with the main tech who worked on the vehicle. The job took about 2-3 hours but considering I was a walk-In that was more than fine with me as long as my car got fixed. The parts department also accommodated me and answered a couple the questions I had during my visit. This was my first time here and I will definitely be back. Thank you again!

We went in there at 10am left at 12pm with the new car fast process not like other dealership that put u in a finance room and try to sell u things u dont need and takes hrs and hrs! Tom and Joel were awesome aswell couldnt thank them enough they work with us to get the best deal. Reading these reviews of people being mad cause they didnt want to give there phone number is RIDICULOUS these people trying to do there job and you making it difficult for them to do there job!
