I went to Quirk just to see the new vehicles with no intention of buying one for the next few months. I
was greeted by Ricky, whom I told that I was just looking around. He asked me if I’d like to go for a test drive in a new Subaru Cross Trek, that I had been drawn to. We took a 2019 vehicle for a ride; I was amazed at how well it handled, very much like a sports car. Ricky explained everything about the grade levels of cars, options, and equipment. I loved the car and decided to trade my Honda. It went smoothly, we bartered a bit and I believe that I got a fair trade on my Honda and an all around good deal on the car. I drove off in my 2019 car, with many extras. I couldn’t be happier. The salesman was very professional as were everybody associated with the dealership. Ricky made buying a new car fun. Hecwas very helpful and could not do enough for me.

Just bought a Subaru Legacy. Excellent experience. Xavier Rivera was the sales consultant and I could not have had a more knowledgeable and helpful sales person. Super friendly with no sales pressure. I went in intending to get a Forester but Xavier found me a Legacy which was less expensive and suited my needs better than the Forester. He was so patient going over details several times without making me feel foolish for not remembering. He wanted to be sure I had exactly what I needed and even followed up days later to be sure I had no questions or concerns and told me I could call anytime. Can't say enough positive about my experience. Love the Legacy too! Great car!!

We recently purchased a Subaru Legacy. Jorge Nuguid, salesman, met us in the lot and proceeded to show us several of the vehicles we were interested in. He was knowledgeable of each vehicle, professional in his presentation and meticulous in his explanation of their strengths. As the process proceeded and we narrowed our selection down he was very fair during the negotiation. His professionalism and knowledge were a big part of our purchasing the Legacy at Quirk Works. Since our purchase he has been available with helping us identify and work some of the electronics. He deserves these 5 stars!

About a month ago I went to about 5 different dealerships looking to purchase a Scion FR-S (this was my last stop). I had seen online a few days prior to visiting the dealership that they had an FRS, so when I was in the area I called and asked if they still had it on the lot. Whoever I spoke with on the phone said yes so I went to test drive it. However, when I got there I was told that the one that was online actually had been sold, but they had JUST received another one. They must not have had it more than a day or so because it hadn't been cleaned or inspected or anything when I drove it, but I fell in love with it and signed to buy it under the condition that it passed inspection. A day later my dealer, Bobby, called and said that unfortunately there was so much wrong with it that they were just going to send it to auction because it wasn't worth fixing. He set me up to test drive a BRZ later that day, however it was out of my price range... but ultimately he ended up negotiating with his manager to fix the FRS for me so that is the car I ended up buying. Thank you so much Bobby!! If you're looking to buy a car I highly recommend working with Bobby, he was super helpful and honest.
