Wheel Alignment and Tire Services for Subaru vehicles
One of the most important things to keep in check on any automobile is a Wheel Alignment . Uneven wear of your tires can occur if the alignment is off. This can also affect you steering, reduce your MPGs, and force the engine to work harder. These negative effects can take a toll on your vehicle and cause you to have to pay more in repairs the longer it remains untreated.
How do you know if you need an alignment?
Your local technician or mechanic can tell you if one wheel or multiple wheels are not aligned. You may also self-diagnose the issues. If the alignment is bad your steering wheel may be off-center while driving. Another way of checking your alignment is to see if the vehicle “pulls” to the left or the right when it should be driving straight. These are clear signs that the vehicle’s alignment is off and should be taken to a service center for adjusting.
A Tire Balance should be performed each time the tire is removed from the rim. This includes; post tire repair, after new tires are purchased, or after resealing the tire or stem. Unbalanced tires can cause dangerous driving conditions, reduce MPGs, and wear the tires improperly.
How do I know if my tires are out of balance?
