After much searching of various dealerships, we communicated with Kristie at Subaru online and then by phone. She was extremely helpful and offered us a great price for a 2019 Subaru Forester Limited. A few days later we traveled from the Cape to Braintree and met with Owen, one of the sales consultants. I cannot say enough about Owen and the Quirk dealership. Owen was incredibly knowledgeable and kind. The buying process was quick and efficient, much less painful than we have experienced in the past. We had done our homework and knew what we wanted. Everything happened at one desk, no shuffling us around from dept to dept. No sales pressure to purchase extras such as extended warranties. Owen explained everything in great detail especially all the new technology of our 2019 Forester Limited. Obviously we highly recommend Owen and Quirk Subaru!

I came in and got the deal that I wanted on a new car. I worked with Anthony. He was excellent, listening to my wants and needs.
The dealership was clean inside on the showroom floor area, plenty of parking, and plenty of lighting coming from inside and outside the showroom.
The extra service that I liked was Anthony driving my old car home behind me while I was driving my new car. That logistical nightmare was solved.
Again, I couldn’t have asked for better service.
I purchased my car from them 9 months ago and brought it in for service, which was fast. I didn't have to wait very long, thank goodness. The personnel were courteous enough, although one of them was wearing an excessive amount of "man perfume," which caused the whole waiting area to smell like him. Since I live 30 miles from the dealership, I'll have future service performed closer to home.
I can't recommend Quirk Works Subaru enough! I've bought a few vehicles from them (for myself, and kids) and every time I've received a great and fair deal!
My husband and I recently bought a new car from this dealership. The gentleman who sold to us was named Jorge. He was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. From the minute we entered the showroom, he guided us and was very informative; assisting each step of the way. We ended up leaving with an excellent deal as well as the feeling of comfort that comes with knowing you spent money wisely.
I truly feel like this was the easiest, most stress-free, positive car buying experience we have ever had. We couldn't recommend this dealership and Jorge enough!

About a month ago I went to about 5 different dealerships looking to purchase a Scion FR-S (this was my last stop). I had seen online a few days prior to visiting the dealership that they had an FRS, so when I was in the area I called and asked if they still had it on the lot. Whoever I spoke with on the phone said yes so I went to test drive it. However, when I got there I was told that the one that was online actually had been sold, but they had JUST received another one. They must not have had it more than a day or so because it hadn't been cleaned or inspected or anything when I drove it, but I fell in love with it and signed to buy it under the condition that it passed inspection. A day later my dealer, Bobby, called and said that unfortunately there was so much wrong with it that they were just going to send it to auction because it wasn't worth fixing. He set me up to test drive a BRZ later that day, however it was out of my price range... but ultimately he ended up negotiating with his manager to fix the FRS for me so that is the car I ended up buying. Thank you so much Bobby!! If you're looking to buy a car I highly recommend working with Bobby, he was super helpful and honest.
