Horrible experience at the Quirky Subaru with " manager " Mr Ryan M. . We take 2 cars for test drive on Friday with him and he told us " at Quirks they don't charge overprice on thier cars". He came to the car without a mask and we ask him to wear it. He was working in a different Honda with his Dad and he said change to Quirky cause they don't charge overprice. Excellent experience leasing a new Impreza from Tim Long, the sales manager at Quirk. No runaround, informative, gave me the straight story on where things were at in this crazy car market, and made me a very fair deal on a 5-door sport model that was on the lot. I left to check out other cars after our initial discussions, and came back to make the deal two days later. No high pressure tactics. Really excellent experience. Would recommend to anyone.

Then during a COVID Outbreak took advantage of front line workers, me a nurse. We had an agreed price in his own words "we're right where we have to be at in order to make a deal", then when I said lets do it he claimed he never agreed to that price and raised the price $743. Don't waste your time. I saw another review saying they shook on a deal then they backed out, same type of underhanded dealings.

I had a great experience at Quirk Works Subaru today. I had been working with Bobby for just over a month. I like to shop around and they had the best price I could find. Quirk also runs the Quincy Auto Auction, which is why their pre-owned vehicles are all high-end. Dan Quirk also does amazing stuff for the City of Quincy, so I had no hesitation by shopping here. On 4/9/18 I visted quirk subaru to assist my mother in buying a new 2018 crosstrek limited The reason we went was they had the lowest advertised price online. The fact that the majority of the vehicles had a $3500 “discount” that required a vehicle to trade should have been a warning. Went in for an emergency walk in for service. Was met with very polite service advisor concerning my vehicle and the issue at hand and he addressed my concern very quickly and efficiently along with the main tech who worked on the vehicle. I plan to buy a Subaru Legacy and send out several price quotes to several MA Subaru dealers. Quirk Works Subaru's internet sales provide a very appealing price to lure me to the dealer place. Once I get there, they use all kinds of excuses (such as the discount coupon ran out..) to refuse to give me the price they sent to me. They persuade me to buy it at a higher price they offer on site. I suspect that Quirk Works Subaru's management quietly encourage their sales to do so in order to attract more customers. So ... Horrible dealership! They have no morals. They will quote you one price via email then when you arrive they'll throw in that you'll have to pay a $900 destination fee (when the car is already at their dealership). They'll try and kick you out too if you attempt to approach their manager desk (wow, such important people!) and treat you like crap overall. The manager with glasses is particularly heinous.. The ploy was very simple: they gave (by e-mail – thanks, Tim) a very low price for the Outback with the packages I wanted, and we came to look. In the few hours it took me to get there all cars in these configuration were miraculously sold (though next day still present in the inventory). My husband and I went to Quirk Works Subaru on Sunday to just "look" at cars. We were greeted by a very friendly sales associate named Ryan Monsegue. He was great and very knowledgeable. We took a couple of Foresters for a test drive. We ended up trading in my current vehicle and buying a 2015 Forester the same day. Drove off with my new vehicle and I love it! I was price shopping for a 2016 Subaru and received my lowest quote from Quirk Works Subaru. I asked another dealership if they could match the quote, and they asked me to ensure that my quote included everything. I asked my representative if there were any additional fees, and he stopped responding to my emails. This was a negative interaction, and not a respectful use of my time. There are several reviews that say the same thing, but I would ask anyone considering this location to make sure their online quote matches in reality before making the trip to Braintree.

I was at there dealership in Braintree MA and my car go hit (hit and run). They had the video, but deleted the footage. I was unable to retrieve the footage to get the plate number of the individual the hit my car. I think it was someone that worked there and they covered it up. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. They are corrupt.
