It is very rare that I take the time to write a review but thought that the excellent treatment we received this morning by Gabe Sakalys at Quirk Works Subaru deserved such a review. We corresponded yesterday via email and agreed to meet this morning to appraise our trade in. Gabe could not have been nicer to two older folks and made our visit easy and productive, with absolutely no wasted time or effort. We just bought a new Legacy and couldn’t be happier with the Quirk experience. We loved our old Legacy, but had to replace it after an accident. There was no question we’d buy another Legacy. Excellent experience leasing a new Impreza from Tim Long, the sales manager at Quirk. No runaround, informative, gave me the straight story on where things were at in this crazy car market, and made me a very fair deal on a 5-door sport model that was on the lot. I left to check out other cars after our initial discussions, and came back to make the deal two days later. No high pressure tactics. Really excellent experience. Would recommend to anyone.

Quirk Subaru posted a great price on their website for a 2018 Subaru Outback Limited. All of their Outbacks had great prices listed online. They also offered a great financing incentive...I checked in with other Subaru dealers as to whether they could match or do better.. The other dealers' reaction was funny. Went in for an emergency walk in for service. Was met with very polite service advisor concerning my vehicle and the issue at hand and he addressed my concern very quickly and efficiently along with the main tech who worked on the vehicle. The job took about 2-3 hours but considering I was a walk-In that was more than fine with me as long as my car got fixed. After shopping around for my new crosstrek quirk was the best, every other dealership told me i would never get the price quirk quoted but they were wrong. My husband and I went to Quirk Works Subaru on Sunday to just "look" at cars. We were greeted by a very friendly sales associate named Ryan Monsegue. He was great and very knowledgeable. We took a couple of Foresters for a test drive. We ended up trading in my current vehicle and buying a 2015 Forester the same day. Drove off with my new vehicle and I love it! This review is long overdue but I wanted to make sure I did it. My son bought a car with my help this past summer--a brand new Subaru Impreza. Thomas Storza was our sales person and he did an outstanding job. I am 68 years old and have bought a lot of cars in my life and he was by far the best sales person I have encountered. He was professional, knowledgable and just did a great job!
